Delivery & Returns
The quietest luxury is the one you feel — we keep our delivery and returns process prompt, transparent, and seamless.
We provide complimentary white-glove courier delivery across the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ). Orders placed before 1:00 PM GST are dispatched on the next business day. Standard UAE transit is 1–2 business days.
Orders across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and global destinations are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery fees and applicable import duties are calculated transparently during checkout with zero hidden surcharges.
We welcome returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene regulations for luxury bed linen, returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original presentation packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return or size exchange, email concierge@roserro.com with your order number. For UAE orders, our courier will collect the package directly from your residence at no additional charge.
